But it isn't just those diagnosed with mental disorders who are not experiencing optimal mental health. Anxiety, stress, and even the "winter blues" plague millions.

Psychiatrists, doctors, and counselors have helped, but it still feels like there is something missing - something more that needs to be done to really experience freedom and control. People are seeing their therapists and doctors, taking their medications when prescribed, and leaning on their support groups, but they need more. Others have run out of options, and they are looking for tools entirely different than the ones they have currently.
